Our Valentine’s Day menu is inspired by legendary romantic characters and blends ingredients that contain aphrodisiac and ayurvedic values. Dishes are fresh, organic where possible, using spicing to enhance flavours.

Mahiwal’s spicy almond and asparagus soup
A creamy asparagus soup accented with roasted almond, fresh herbs and spices.

Spicy lobster bisque with chunks of lobster and dill finished with almond milk.

Juliet’s chiken tikka with avocado chutney
Succulent pieces of free range chicken breast marinated with fresh herbs and spices served with avocado chutney

Roughly chopped beef mince with banana flower, root vegetable spices and herbs served with onion and tomato relish.

 
Dil e jaan (Wild Mushroom kofta)
Wild mushrooms, made into kofta (dumplings) Simmered in roasted vegetable gravy

Salmon marinated with almond,staranise, fresh fenugreek served on the bed of spicy new potatoes

Succulent pieces of roasted free-range chicken tikka simmered in delicate fresh herbs and roasted vegetable.

All time men’s favourite, shanks of lamb stew with root vegetables fresh spices and finished with virgin extract of coconut milk.

Seasonal organic vegetable, Savoy cabbage tempered with mustard seeds ginger curry leaves and coconut.

Laila majnu Dal
Sprouted green moong and split chickpeas with Garlic and red chillies.
All main courses will be served with side dishes and the choice of rice and Naan.

Heer ranjha gulab jamun
Warm Heart shaped caramelised milk dumplings steeped in rose petal and garnished with silver served with Vanilla Ice cream.

Sevaya simmered with saffron grounded real rose petals finished with caramelised cashewnut demara sugar.
